Such discrimination: men, women and children blocked at the door of their church for a couple of security guards who decided, by order of the pastor, these come in, these doesn’t come in.
And look that the Constitution says that we are all equals in the Law; we have the right to practice our Cult to God. No one can stop us, and for Five Sundays in the Brazil Avenue (Main Street), we are being blocked from coming in to our own church, and where is the press?
The media, spoken, written and TV; where is the people’s voice?
Reporter of the people? Talk about everything: news come from the other side of the world, speaks bad about the government, even the president, even speak about without importance. Why does a fact like this, happening in Passo Fundo, never seen before in Brazil! Who knows in the world! And in Passo Fundo, don’t say anything? |
We sent letters so they can come and find out what was happening and why. Why, did the press of Passo Fundo close the doors to us?
Is it possible that the elite of the church has more power than the president? Or are we not people? Are God and Jesus not news anymore?
Is it possible that Santa Claus replaced Jesus? Or the church is good only for baptism, weddings or social matters? Is it possible that Jesus, who was born in a stable, even being Gods son, has only value to the press when He is next to the powerful, or when he brings profits?
You can’t understand such nonsense!
Our history
It all started with a march that the church was going to do in 1991, getting involved in politics, questioning social problems against the government, death penalty, etc. At the time of Jesus, they had all those problems, and also slavery; Jesus didn’t get involved in those matters, but questioned the church (the religious of that time) and was killed by them.
