15- But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, [even] Christ:
And speaks about the gifts and ministry and many other important things that all churches must live. Paul also writes two letters to Timothy, that He left to organize the Church of Ephesus. 1st Tim. 1:
3- As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine. 1st Tim. 2:
5- For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; (Shows us that there is no other bigger intermediary in Church). Paul sends the young Timothy to not allow public worship – 1st Tm: 2: 11- Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

12- But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
And in Chapter 3 he guides and puts the requirements to the Presbyter and Deacon. Writes how should be God´s Church.
3.14 - These things write I unto thee, hoping to come unto thee shortly:
15- But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
Today´s church in very different, all divided and full of lies.The people have the right to have a true Church, to choose between the right one and the wrong one, so God can judge each one without excuse, and if the church isn´t like the text, has to be purified to be God´s Church.
