5th Church - Sardis - Rev. 3 1-6.
Period of refreshment, of the action of the Holy Spirit and the organization of the Church in gifts and ministries, which still came from a papal system; over 2 centuries from the reform, with Archbishop, Episcopal System, Theologian Pastors (a lot of knowledge a little practice), and the Church almost dead. Revelation. 3. 1-2.3:
1- (...) I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead
2- Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
3- Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. (The word) If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. (The time of death!).
4- Thou hast a few names even in Sardis (The club of the Saints, Wesley’s partners) which have not defiled their garments;

and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
The Lord uses Angel John Wesley, Theologian, Pastor; with grandfather, father, and brother, Pastors, graduated at the best colleges of that time: he had an encounter with God, in a very simple house, with one lay preacher (wrong term of theologians).
He says that: “His heart was warmed” (As Paul, master of the Law, shaped at the feet of Master Gamaliel, falls off the horse, and looses everything, and considers as manure to earn the knowledge of Christ, with persecution).
He received an order to reform what was almost dead: the lazy Anglican Church; imposed by the King, He wanted to, transform the church into a Biblical Sainthood (to go back to the church of Ephesus; to the 1st love), with the so called Methodist movement, He said he was a man of only one book: (Bible). He based and put in practice.
